Here at Lions Pride Holden Car Club NSW we are a non profit organisation and try to help those that need it most.
We try to help these individuals, families or various charities by raising money through out the year by the means of raffles, car shows, Drive-in nights etc.
In the past we have helped raise money for:-
2000 - We raised ($3,351.00) for the Paralympic Games of 2000
2001 - We raised ($1,019.00 in the rain) for the Westmead Childrens Hospital
2002 - We brought an Oxygen Saturation Monintor for the Neonatal Unit at Nepean Hospital ($3,000.00) and also gave ($300.00) to the Community Centre at Riverstone for Disadvantaged Families
2005-2008 - We raised without a Car Show just Chocolates around ($3,800.00) for a little girl called Olivia who's family needed a chair lift for there car, we found one out of an old taxi which one of our sponsors sold to us for $100.00 and we paid some of the money to have it fitted
2009 - We raised ($1,200.00) for the Motor Neurone Disease Institute of Australia
2010 - Will advise as soon as the details are finalised with the possible charity
On behalf of all at Lions Pride Holden Car Club NSW we would like to thank everyone that has helped us along the way to help those that need it most and hope we can continue this going on into the future.
